I think Sean told us that the FF data is sent when the flight is closed. That would make it a special request of Onepass to delete the credit in order to seek credit on another airline. And you still have boarding passes with the Onepass number. And my experience in changing numbers by segments has had spotty success.
Did you mean that Delta is a leading enforcer of this policy to downgrade? And why is it a policy anyway?
