You could fly first class on Singapore airlines for 140k each from LAX or other west-coast gatway. Or, even better, IMO, first class on Emirates from JFK-DBX also for 140k each (20 sf sleeping pods!!!!). I am not sure what an "Around the World" award on SkyTeam partners "costs," but that may also be an option.
