To be honest are ANY airlines good at reading and replying to emails? Maybe they are if you are contacting a specific person at a specific email address, but their "general" email address inboxes seem to be rarely looked at and, if they are, by some computer operator without a clue...
This is no excuse for anything - things should be better - but I wouldn't trust any important matter to a general email address...
Send a letter/fax instead.
