You could always try using the telephone and speaking directly to the Customer Service team. I have always found them helpful and when they have said they will get back to me they have.
In our business we dont use email as much as we used to. Its now policy to pick up a telephone and call someone to discuse things. A lot of the times things dont come across correctly in emails.
