The biggest faff is having checked in, you have to go back to pretty much to where you came in to have your checked baggage screened. Free for all, no seperate queue for F/J. It can take quite a while. Only advice is to get there ahead of time and try to keep calm.
Or pay one of the uniformed porters who stand outside. We did and he marched right to the head of the baggage check queue (security seemed to expect this) and we were through in less than 5 mins. We were so happy we gave him $20 - well worth it!
