Going through Asia twice
Going to TLV and ATH
Buying a ticket LHR-USA-LHR...I don't think rest violates any of the rules
-Connection (<24) in STL is just a matter of finding the flights.
-Asia twice is ok, because second time is SYD-LHR direct.
-TLV + ATH no problem with IB.
-Extra ticket LHR-USA.LHR no problem.
If time allows add HKG-XXX-HKG, or DFW-XXX-DFW.
