I credit my A/F/Yup AA flights to QF, as well as my BA flights (this was one of the reasons I started on this QF thing -- to get mileage credit on BA transatlantic flights) and CX flights...I do still use AAdvantge for domestic upgrade flights and certain shorthaul flights like BOS-LGA flights which get extra bonus mileage.
I do sometimes pay a price in terms of lost "miles" because QF doesn't provide status bonus credits on CX (so I rtry and book in the AA codeshare on CX), but I am pretty committed to the course at this point, and I still think it's a good cause.
