Itinerary Change/US Phone Number
I tried searching the forum as well as BMI's website and found nothing, so here goes...
I have a reward ticket booked with UA from JFK-LHR and I purchased a separate ticket with BMI to fly from LHR-CDG. I just received an e-mail from BMI saying that my itinerary had changed. Well, that's great, except that I'm not going to make my flight from LHR-JFK with the new flight from CDG-LHR.
I was reading other people's experiences that BMI should either give me another flight or refund my ticket. I still want to fly BMI from LHR-CDG, is there a US number where I can contact BMI? I don't feel like paying for the rate from the United States to the UK because BMI changed my ticket.
