AMAZING 'FREDDIE' FARE TO SYDNEY
To celebrate the huge public interest in the current Ashes series between England and Australia, Virgin Atlantic is offering a 'once in a lifetime' sale fare to Sydney, Australia based on the performance of England's hero Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff.
This incredible sale fare is based on the total number of runs scored by Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff in the 2005 Ashes series. His score will form the discount given on Virgin Atlantic's current Economy round trip fare to Sydney, Australia of £611 per person (for travel between 16 April and 30 June 2006) plus tax, (currently £131 per person*).
After Freddie Flintoff's storming score of 72 in England's first innings in the fifth Ashes test, currently 394 passengers will be able to get a £394 discount off the Economy round trip fare to Sydney (excluding passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges).
A greater discount to a larger number of people is still possible if Freddie bats again and puts the Aussies to the sword!
HOW TO BOOK
The final astounding fare will be determined at the end of the current Ashes series and will be available to book on the number specified below, from 9.00am on Tuesday 13 September 2005, on a first come, first served basis.
