Travelaxe is my favorite. It searches major travel websites and each hotel's website. You can also set it to filter by price, rating and even some amenities. I also like that it lists the cancellation fee for each site so it can be factored into the cost. It works for other locations - Travelaxe is currently set up to search over 3000 cities in over 100 countries.
Cheapovegas has fairly accurate reviews & good tips for the hotels on the strip, downtown and off-strip.
