Its a continuation of flight from Japan. One of the very few domestic flights with business seats, but as ntddevsys points out only economy service.

Need to check in earlier, and use the "D" line at immigration. Not allowed to buy duty free. Will take longer to disembark and longer to collect any checked bags.
