Considering parking, closeness of rental cars and the spacious comfort of the terminal, MKE is about as good as an airport gets on what counts. True, the dining options are limited, and there aren't luxurious clubhouses and the like, but it's easy to give those things up for the conveniences of MKE.

Now if I could just get someone to do SFO-MKE nonstop again.
