You have me confused. Your "revised" intinerary starts JNB-HKG so going into Asia first, but above you talk about beginning NBO-LHR, which means your whole itinerary has to be reversed to do Europe first...
Maybe you could post your revised-revised itinerary here and we can take another look at mileage and how much actual first class flying you would be doing.
