LON -> EDI on CO or partner?
I'm planning my UK trip, and I just realized that rather than buy a cheap easyjet flight LONdon->EDI(nburgh), I could tack on a stopover in london on my 1st class CO award ticket and have them include the London->Edinburgh leg.
I'm not sure which CO partner they'd put me on for that leg, but it seems likely to be Flybe. Flybe flies "london city" (not sure where that airport is!) to EDI, but it sez "operated by Scot air". Anyone know more about this, such as:
- is scot air / flybe a normal (non regional) jet service
I also heard the departure taxes for departing Great Brittan are high.
- would a stopover be permitted with my reward?
- my reward is on the CO virgin codeshare, any problems combining that?
thx
