There is not much difference between -300 and -600 series in eco. Seats on -600 are a little more confortable (better contured, with adjusted headrest).
There are LCD screenson -600, and old-fashioned monitors in -300. every few rows . I can not say anything about seat pitch - both times was seated on emergency exit row.
