Yes, for some weeks now it happens to me as well. I go around it by going through the menu on the left in stead. When the miles summary doesn't show in the top right hand corner, I click 'frequent flyers' on the left. And go to account overview that way. Worked every time for me.

Sure seems weird having to "hack" the website to get your information. Somehow I don't think KLM/FB will be in the running for the "best website" Freddy of 2006 . . .
