I have to say that, personally, I find their email service excellent. There again, perhaps my problems are easy.

For example, a recent stay at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong omitted a G3 bonus. One quick email and in less than 6 hours the bonus was added.

A seperate occasion a couple of months ago, when my 1000 dining bonus had not posted, it was added within 24 hours.
