In my opinion though, I don't mind the pins at all, but I think the airlines would be wise to have an all-or-nothing policy. I am glad the UA supports their employees, but again, when does it become inapropriate or "controversial," what if an employee wore a Straight and Proud pin. That would offend me as much as a rainbow pin would somebody else.
