If anyone has ever been to Lima, Peru and seen the capital building they would have noticed the great big rainbow flag flying right next the the Peruvian flag at the same height. I got a big kick out of it because to the locals it was the flag of the native Incas and other tribes.

And some people say those macho societies aren't open.
