thank you -- i will try to do that in the future -- but, Hyatt also needs to get with the program if that want to be competitive with Starwood, Marriott, etc. in terms of elite responsiveness in this area...it should be a case of 'who you know...'
who knows, perhaps efficient response to e-mails from top tier members is not a priority for Hyatt.
