Hi all,

did this run many times, but it's been a while.

Mom (non a seasoned traveler) is coming for the holidays (reward ticket on to IAH in FC using my miles), and is somehwhat concerned about clearing Immigration / Customs and making the connection from SEA's South Terminal to CO in Concourse (Terminal) B.

There is a 90 minute connection time around 5 p.m., but she is somewhat mobility impaired. I know that there is the bus from South Terminal to Concourse D (did that during a stop at SEA Sunday) and the subway, but the stop at Terminal B is closed

How long does it take to clear Immigration / Customs a week before Christmas? I seem to recall that YYJ is does NOT have a US Immigration / Customs as many other CDN airports have.

Oh, BTW, never flew Alaska, but all of my Horizon FAs have been great ^
