Yes, I did - in an economy cabin I would probably have smacked my face into the back of the row ahead of me!

Again, the experts will know more than me and I have no figures, but I would have thought that the refuelling situation is one where you might have something very sudden happen - like this accident - but you're most unlikely to encounter anything like that while taxiing, plus the refuelling certainly takes place when stationary so there is no movement hazard to take account of.

OTOH, when taxiing, the number of times that there are sudden stops is likely to be far far greater than the number of emergency evacuations initiated. And the sudden stops can happen right up to the last moment, judging by the shocking number of times that aircraft hit obstacles whilst parking on stand.
