As an aside...every single flight in Russia ends with almost all the passengers jumping out of their seats the moment (and I mean moment) the plans hits the tarmac, as they proceed to put on hats, coats, open the luggage bins, and in many cases charge towards their exits. Not ever seen anyone injured doing this.

It can be funny to see crews of western airlines trying to get them to sit down. Completely pointless though to try and stop them.
