I just looked them up (you're welcome).

950 is a breakfast flight. I don't usually take breakfast flights, but in Business, I think you'll get the option of an egg dish, a pancake dish and fruit and cereal.

951 is a dinner flight. In Business, there will be three hot entree choices. You'll get a side salad as well. For dessert, you'll get cheese cake.

These flights are operated by a 767-300. First is universally understood not to be worth the upgrade. The meal is IDENTICAL, except on the dinner flight, you get an ice cream sundae. There are also nice wine glasses in three class F. It's the same meal on a two class First flight. Business is just a slight reduction from that. The Business seats on the 767-300 are good, and the F seats are only marginally better. If you do upgrade, make sure you get row 2, not 1.

Now, all that said, I would always upgrade! F has personal video tapes. ^

I agree with you on almost everything, except breakfast in Business. Usually 2-class F, domestic Business and even p.s. Business only have two choices for breakfast, often an egg dish or a fruit plate.
