I had a very pleasant follow-up from a stay in an Embassy Suites. GM sent me an email thanking for the inputs and describing the specific changes they were implementing around it. They also offered a discounted room and upgrade on next visit. I was very pleased and view the Diamond prompts from Hilton as the one customer service item they have over Hyatt.
