"null, null, null" again!

When the Flying Blue website first began, some folks reported being unable to access their mileage account summary. When they entered their account number and password, the "welcome" block in the upper righthand corner read "null, null, null".

That didn't happen to me then, but for the last couple days that's now what happens when I sign in, usung my account number and the password that has always worked (up until a couple days ago).

Questions:

- Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

- For those who had the problem before, how did you solve it? Does FB have to do something, or what?
