Almost 2 months ago, I replied to one of those "did we screw up or was your stay lovely" emails. The Diamond Desk replied in short order stating
I have filed a formal complaint on your behalf with our corporate office regarding these concerns so that they may review the issues with the hotel. Thanks for letting us know. Someone from Guest Assistance will follow up with you. We appreciate you taking the time to share this information with us and have our assurance we take this type of feedback seriously.
