No, it was both! First I called my Amex TA and they couldn't do it and then I called AA reservations and they couldn't find it for me either!
It would make sense if it were just my Amex TA but it was AA as well....

Ticket and purchase right? So this generates a record locator for you to give to your TA and then they finish it, right? What about if your TA gets coporate discounts that obviously weren't applied on AA.com; would they be applied in this case, after the fact?
