How this seat ever made it through product testing onto the aircrafts is beyond me. Last time I had new C was LH776/777 FRA-SIN-FRA (SQ J sold out - wonder why) and on both legs the seat had problems (IFE reset 4 times, Seat stuck in upright position on a night flight - fixed after 2 hrs.). Go figure.
Any idea how they have to compensate, if this happens with a seat on a night flight ? Not what they offer ( some miles ), I would like to know what they have to pay in such a case.
