Hi,

I recently took a AF flight that bumped my level miles over the 25k threshold. The account has been showing approx 27k level miles for the last couple of days now. But the status level still shows as Ivory.

So, is the change of level from Ivory to Silver automatic or do I need to call up FB? And if it is automatic, how long should I give them to do it?

Finally, any ideas about how it would take them to send out the new card?
