Would this inverter be safe to use onboard?
Hey folks,

I was looking to buy a new inverter since I lost the empower->cig adapter that's necessary for my APC TravelPower to work.

I was wondering if any of you experts had any thoughts if something that was a mere $14.99 would be safe to bring on board - in particular, this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/100-Watt-Cell-Ph...QQcmdZViewItem

This one should work with AA's outlets, but... well... is it safe?
