Does anyone think I would have any luck making the case for allowing international weight for a domestic leg if I've spent the night in a U.S. city while changing flights?
(context: this already happened to me, and I got nailed when turning in my luggage for the last leg. I had no idea that I might be able to qualify for the intl wt. limit if I had interlined, so I didn't think to do it. I was thinking of calling my airline and begging for a refund of some other accomodation...I know, but I'm a masochist...)
