Don't take that the wrong way....the middle-aged 'business man' is my favorite passenger. well travelled and low maintenance. i was just sharing 'my' experience of who is mostly likely to volunteer to help a family sit together. it is never appropriate to single-out someone for not helping the family - that is why i ask several people before i make the raised voice request for assistance.
