I was told this needs Supervisor authorisation and would be refered to one. Was told to write in for my refund as this may expediate things!!??!!

Refund???? Hardly a refund......more like a re-imbursement of error.

So how long do I wait now............Yawn!.........Probably would have taken the trip and got back by the time I see that money again
