I would have moved (since the row was full anyway), but I defend your right to stay exactly where you are.

How should I report this to UA?
Write customer service and note the FAs actions. Explain that you chose the seat for specific reasons and as an elite, you did not wish to move. Explain that you felt both FAs were condescending and their attitudes are not in keeping with how you expect to be treated on a "premier" carrier.

Is there really a policy about not giving out names? I am not sure this is true.
I doubt it. They just hope if they don't make it easy for you, you won't write. Of course, UA has a crew manifest and can easily identify the offender. Plus they have to wear their crew badges in plain site and it has their name on it.
