Not much surfing on Saipan though, unless you like being rolled around on coral reefs. There is one place way out by the mouth of the channel, but not worth lugging boards all the way across the Pacific. Wind surfing (in season -- Jan to May -- is another matter).
The SH3 is known as the "kindler and gentler Hash" because we don't have a bunch of SEALs and Marines running in it like our Mother Hash on Guam. "Why do all the palm trees on Saipan point south?" "Because Guam s....!" But we have plenty of battle sites, caves, jungle, or whatever to traverse.
Very occasional exceptions have been made to our "No kids on the Hash" tradition if there is no underage drinking and it's not too blatant.
But I don't know how good a time you and Mr. Fishbait would have chaperoning.
