Not sure why I never saw this thread.

Taco Fresco: One of their locations is across the street from my office. They annoy me because their menu selection is awful. No tamales, no sopes, no pork filling. Not to mention nothing really interesting like Guisado de Res, or gorditas con rajas.

Nancy's: The one in Woodridge used to participate, they don't any more. I think it is very good stuffed pizza, the thin crust is just average.

Carmen's: When I was at Northwestern from 1985-1994, this was THE place to go for stuffed pizza if you lived in Evanston north of Dempster, or if you lived in Wilmette or even Winnetka. It's not as good as it used to be, and there's more competition.
