I've only once had to show my EC card at an AC - provided the BP is showing SAPPHIRE and BA (i.e. not AA SAPPHIRE) you should be just fine, that is all the proof they need. If you don't have the card, just tell them you're newly Silver and BA haven't sent it yet, and you've lost your Blue card. I had no problems with this on the one time I didn't have my card (sod's law, that was, of course, when they asked for it).
