As I recall NGO took about a month of people traveling there until we got a 'correct' and final answer on the lounge access.

The first week .. no one was back...
The first reports were confused as the lounge (and AA) had not really worked out the details.
I went about the third week and the Flagship Lounge in ORD was not totally sure .. other than P/J were a YES ... they were not even sure WHERE the lounge was located.
Then we got a few inter-lopers (AC members and EXPs) who were able to talk their way into the lounge.

I think KIX will have a bit more complication as there appears to be a JAL First and Business lounge ..

There appears to be no CX lounge there ... so it will be an arrangement with JAL .. and I bet it will be exactly like the NGO lounge. P/J seated pax only.
