If one has lots of trips to "Arab" countries -- and in the minds of more than a handful of US DHS bimbos that's a lot more than Arab-majority countries -- a visit to Ciudad del Este (or Paraguay in general) will increase the odds that you get haraSSSSed going forward from US airports.
