I am a high volume user of debit cards and was just alerted to the Chase debit card. I understand there is a cap on the number of miles you can earn. Does anyone know under what circumstances Chase will waive this cap? I know Citibank waives their mileage caps for Elite members, does Chase have a similar offer?
