Basically, there will exist two separate PNRs on the two separate systems of UA and LH.

UA uses Apollo (Sabre) which means you would need the UA PNR to access your reservation through www.virtuallythere.com

LH uses Amadeus, which means you need the Amadeus (LH) PNR to access your reservation through www.checkmytrip.com

As of yet, there is no "pan-Star" PNR system so for the time being, you either need the reloc for the issuing carrier (in this case, UA) or the flown carrier (in this case, LH).
