Thumbs down SPG website providing wrong info and no one will fix it!

In attempting to book a room at the Sheraton Singapore Towers using SPG's website, neither my corporate number or AARP were being accepted and AAA rate was twice as much as "best rate" so I called Starwood reservations in Singapore only to discover that my corporate rate and/or AARP rate was available and the AAA rate in SPG's website was wrong by 100%.

It's now been 2-weeks since I requested that the SPG website data be corrected (done by both E-mail to SPG Technical Support and directly to the hotel), and still as of today, nothing has been updated/changed to the correct information.

Starwood touts it's SPG website as offereing the lowest rate, but that implies that the rates obtained via SPG's website are correct.

When oh when will Starwood, or the hotel itself, correct the wrong information?
