I agree with DD in every way. Too bad the ICN Hyatt is really only useful for one night a trip (the one right before I leave Korea).

I have heard that Hyatt will improve the Seoul GH, and it really needs it. The best feature at the Seoul GH is the gym, otherwise it is overpriced and underfeatured, and the term "customer service" has been banished to Incheon.
