United's latest response is a little confusing .

Customers with scheduled travel to and from New Orleans between Aug. 25 and Oct. 31, 2005, are eligible for a refund or can reroute to an alternate city for no extra charge" and yet the rest of the document refers to changes at no charge for the period up to 30 September.
Has anyone seen another site with more information or is this it?
Both my wife and I have meetings to attend in New Orleans in October that have been transferred elsewhere .
