I saw this thread in the Hilton forum where folk are donating points so some of the Katrina victims who are currently staying in some of the Hilton properties in other locations & are running out of $$ can stay for an extra few days to 2-weeks. What a great idea.

Thought it might be something folks w/ points on other hotel chains might be able to do too, if there are properties; anyway something to consider.
