Mom Tri's Villa Royale lies on a rocky promontory between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. The small road from Kata Beach goes uphill, passes the Villa Royale entrance, and then continues downhill to Kata Noi Beach. Villa Royale is situated between this small road and the water, with a nice view.
The reception area is at the highest point of the small resort, and the accommodations are spread downwards towards the sea, with some at the ocean front - here I would recommend Deluxe Studios #7-11. There is a small cliff down to the sea level, and access to the quiet Kata Noi Beach takes two minutes by stairs.
We've stayed twice at Villa Royale, and can highly recommend it. Very nice atmosphere, and fantastic service.
