Here's another twist. Stayed at the Hyatt Denver Tech Center on 9/2 with the AAA rate. The Hyatt website states:
"AAA/CAA members receive
Free Full Breakfast daily from May 27 through September 6, 2005 at participating Hyatt Hotels & ResortsŪ in the U.S. and Canada. Offer valid upon mention of offer code BREAKF and paying AAA rate."
The AAA coupon that the hotel gave us was for "Express Breakfast Buffet" only. Upon presenting our breakfast coupon to the server in the morning, we were informed that indeed the coupon was only good for the express breakfast (cold cereal and fruit bar) and it would cost $5.00 per person more + tax for the full breakfast bar. It's not the money, it's the principle. I tried emailing several times through the Hyatt website to point out the inconsistency, but the "Submit" button doesn't work ("Cancel" works fine...). How convenient...
