If you were looking at the seating chart, the fact that there are two seats unassigned doesn't speak one way or the other as to how overbooked the flight is, or if there are more seats to sell. There are many situations where a passenger holding a confirmed reservation won't have a seat assignment, and there's no way to tell how many people are in this situation by looking at either the seat map or the ticketing inventory. In fact, if the information that shanieboy83 provided is correct, there had to have been at least 15 coach passengers with confirmed reservations that didn't have a seat assignment.

So, looking at the seat map can give you ideas about how full a flight is, but when it comes down to the last one or two seats, you really can't make assumptions based on it.
