How Can I Tell How Overbooked A Flight Is?

OK, first I'm sorry for the bad grammar in the subject line. Also, I did search for the answer but couldn't find it. (Doesn't mean the answer isn't right in front of me; I just can't find it).

Anyway, I'm doing a mileage run to Hawaii beginning this weekend. CO SFO-HNL $324 (EWR Connections OK!)

Anyway, on Sunday May 11 I'm in coach on CO73 from IAH to HNL. ITN tells me that the flight is: J9 D9 Z5 Y0 H0 K0 B0 V0 Q0 S0 T0 L0 which, I assume, means that coach is at least sold out and probably overbooked. So, that leads me to a couple of questions.

1. As, the title of the post asks, how can I tell how overbooked this flight is?
2. Assuming that some people forked over miles (and bought more expensive seats) in hopes of a HoKeY upgrade, when do the upgrades clear?
3. If, after the HoKeY upgrades have all cleared, coach is still overbooked, what are my chances as a NW Plat of getting a "complimentary" upgrade?

edited to correct shift error.
